CREATE AN ACCOUNT:
Creating an optional account with bernhardtwatch.com allows you to simplify and speedup your checkout experience. With a bernhardtwatch.com account, you can view and track orders, store multiple shipping addresses, update and manage account information, and much more.
To create an account, simply click on the MY ACCOUNT icon in the navigation bar and then ‘Create Account’ to fill in your details.
You do not need an account to place an order.
If you have forgotten your password, follow the ‘Forgot Your Password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.
CHECK ORDER STATUS:
To check the status of your order simply sign in to your account, then click on MY ORDERS or for further assistance please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-336-491-1612. We are available to assist you Monday – Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).
We are only able to accept a return within 7 days of the watch being received and if the watch has not been sized and the original plastic is still intact. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Bernhardt Watch Company accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Payment is only debited from your card at the time of shipment.
In all such transactions, you will be required to provide your 3-digit, credit card security code. The code can be found at the back of your card, and is created by your credit card company to prevent fraudulent usage. For additional information, please contact your credit card company.
