WARRANTY

Bernhardt Watch Company warrants all of our watches for the term of two years for any manufacturing defect. Warranties are transferrable if the watch has not been opened or serviced by anyone other than Bernhardt. Please email info@bernhardtwatch.com if you have any questions.

SERVICE

The Bernhardt Watch Company offers a full range of service for your Bernhardt timepiece as well as other brands. In or out of warranty, our third-generation watchmaker, Frank Lazimi, is ready to tackle any issue. With over thirty years of expertise, consider Bernhardt’s Service Department for your regular intervals of maintenance, cleaning and calibration, as well as repairs due to accidents or malfunction.

From a simple cleaning to a major overhaul of a vintage or heirloom watch, no task or challenge is too minor nor daunting. Bernhardt’s Service Department is just as “proven” as our watches themselves, and backed by the efficiency and value our customers expect.

If your Bernhardt watch runs on a quartz movement, please either have it replaced at a jeweler with an onsite watchmaker or send it to us for replacement. Unfortunately we have seen many batteries changed by nonprofessionals whom have touched the coil of the watch. When the coil is touched, the movement is ruined. We are unable to warrant a new movement if this occurs and the cost of a new movement is the customer’s responsibility.
